3 - Separate window for full listing, tooltip for selected instances

It would be a nice feature for the tooltip to just show the instances that the player is really interested in, even if other instances are saved.

In order to not lose information, or drive people to the ugly Blizzard listing, we would need a separate window. This would be accessed by left-clicking the LDB/minimap icon and would show more information than the tooltip.

The instance IDs and expiry times could be completely removed from the tooltip and reserved for this larger frame.
