If you use Fubar, download the following link. RSwapper3 uses LibDataBroker for adding buttons to panels. TitanPanel supports LibDataBroker natively, it was apparently Fubar's choice to not add support for it.

Note: The following URL links to an (as of the time of this post) out-dated addon. See Edits 1 and 2:

    http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/broker2fubar.aspx

Edit: My sincere apologies, I didn't realize the Authors of Broker2Fubar no longer update it regularly. Don't use it.

I will in the future add manual support for this Fubar

Edit 2: Ok, I'm really sorry this time. The libraries to create FuBar plugins are also outdated. See this post http://forums.wowace.com/showthread.php?t=16325 . Phanx is a very well respected member of the community and knows what he's talking about.

I will NOT be adding direct support for FuBar into my addons. If you want a FuBar button, do a manual TOC update on Broker2FuBar and see if you can get it to work. However, I do not support this method. I will continue to support LibDataBroker (which is already implemented in RSwapper3).
