Well actually, just early changes to add TomTom support. TomTom support is not enabled yet as TomTom needs some modifications to better support external addons.

Routes: Reduce execution time of the route generating algorithm by about 20%. This is done by taking a time consuming line of code (it performs a = b^c / d^e) out of an inner loop and pre-calculating the results, which reduced the number of times it is executed from roughly O(N^3) to O(N^2).
