Fixed so that Spirit of Redemption-priest deaths are tracked again (i.e. it no longer requires special handling. As of 4.3 there are no double death events for it)

- Alright. Finally. isOffhand field is real for CLEU. So added it for both SPELL_MISSED and SWING_MISSED events. Thanks to funkydude for providing relevant CLEU lines.
