17 - Hide toast while in combat

It would be cool if there was a simple setting to hide the toast window while in combat if someone goes online/offline or broadcasts a message.

    Have a look at r124. Hopefully it hides in combat, but please test this, seems most of my RealID friends are playing TOR now and let their WoW sub lapse.

    Hopefully soon, but free time to work on my addons has been hard to find the last couple weeks, just started a new quarter of Graduate work.
