  I have a problem: Addon increases automatically 10% for the stats given by Agi ( Ap , crit% , dodge%) although no buff chosen from options.
  ex: 90 Agi (189 Ap , 1.14% crit , 1.34% dodge) without enablingyour addon
  when I enabled your addon and no buffs chosen yet , Rating Buster shows the values given below - which all are increased 10% automatically.
  90 Agi (208.4 Ap , 1.25% crit , 1.48% dodge)

  p.s. tested at both Rating Buster r.292 and r.296 with your r.12

  zhTW locale is fixed, and I think it should work all in one file, I added templates for other locales, check it out.

  edit: r3 was bugged, r4 should wrok now :p

  Could you separate localization files from RatingBuster_AlwaysBuffed.lua?

  But this fixed only for zhTW,can't support other localization.
