V0.2: Changed from IsActionInRange() to IsSpellInRange() and removed ActionBar scanning. This should remove the item-swapping related latency. A side-effect is that it is no longer necessary to have the skills on any action bar for the addon to function. Possessing the spell (spellbook) is sufficient.

V0.1: Fixed a lua bug regarding action bar switching. It now works, but only out of combat. In combat the bar switching is ignored.
