I posted this report also on the bugportal of the Ora3 addon on WowInterface.
Ora3 is mentioned as the prefix (which would mean the spammer), but since it's in conjuction with RBS, I thought I would drop a ticket here too.

    ora3 is mentioned because it's the prefix used, by BOTH ora3 and raidbuffstatus that uses the same comm-prefix to interact with people that only have ora3 installed :)
