341 - remaining run-time not ideal for all buffs
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With the new feature "remaining run-time" I can specify that a buff that remains 1-10 min is handled as if it isn't there
2. I set it up to 10 minutes, cause many fights take 5-10 minutes.
3. Now Earth Shield will always be desplayed as if it isn't there cause Earth Shield does only last 10 minutes
Actually I use 5 minutes right now to avoid this problem.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For short buffs there should be a second timer or a percentage.
