340 - Paladin Blessings - Only report to one paladin

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Blessing of Might is not buffed - but Blessing of Kings (or Mark of the Wild) is
2. Click on the report button for blessing of might
3. ALL Paladings get a whisper

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Like other classes only one or two if also Blessing of Kings is missing paladin should be whispered.

What version of the product are you using?
