314 - Cauldron of Battle "Helper"
Would it be possible to add a button for Cauldrons of Battle?
Problem description:
The duration of flasks out of the Cauldron of Battle depens on the guild level, profession and guild achievements. At the moment flasks on our alchemists last 3 hours and on non-alchemists they last 1,5 hours. The Cauldrons give us 7 flasks. We are raiding on two days (Sunday 4 hours & Monday 3 hours).
So the only fix Number is ... we drop 4 Cauldrons on Sunday, when we are at the first boss (28 Flasks for 25 Raiders). 3 Flasks are left in inventory.
After 1,5 hours we have to check who needs Flasks again, give them the left Flasks. Count the rest and have to datamine if and how many Cauldrons are needed... or if it is wiser to give "SingleFlasks".
After 3 hours we have to check again... are flasks left? Who needs them and how many Cauldrons?
Nearly every raider goes offline after our raids. So we have spare flask time on monday at some of our raiders... like descripted the cauldrons-game goes on ;)
What the Button has to do
- Check guild achievements:
Mix Master (id: 5465 / Cauldron of Battle 7 or 10 flasks)
Better Leveling Through Chemistry (id: 5024 / Big Cauldron of Battle 17 or 25 flasks)
- Check guild level:
Happy Hour (id: 83963 / Level 20 / Get 10/25 flasks out of the cauldrons)
- Check if it's a 10- or 25-men-raid
- Check who has a flask buff (backpack check possible?). It would be really cool if there would be a setting for the remaining time. F. e. I want to drop cauldrons for everybody how hase NO flask and for everybody who's flask has 30 min or less time remaining.
Excamples
25-man-raid - no one has a flask - Better Leveling Through Chemistry done - Guild Level >= 20 => Drop 1 Big Cauldron of Battle => 25 flasks in total.
Same raid - 4 flask remain => Drop 2 Cauldron of Battle (20 Flask) & give one single flask out in the raid => 21 flasks in total.
25-man-raid - no one has a flask - Mix Master done - Guild level 16 => Drop 4 Cauldron of Battle => 28 flasks in total => 3 remain unused.
Same raid after 1,5 hours - 4 flasks remain (alchemists) => use the 3 remaining flasks => 7 flasks now up => 18 need flasks. Cauldron of Battle need 4 flasks to build them. So it's better to make 3 Cauldron of Battle even if 3 flasks remain unsed (for later use?), then to make only 2 and give 4 single flask.

So the functionality is pretty useless at the moment :(
And it doesn't seem to make sence to work on this ticket... :(
