  Seeing as you have different categories at the moment for certain buffs (Player buffs below the bars, food buffs and the like below player buffs, and dura check and other randoms above the bars) maybe allowing the player to sort their wanted buffs into these categories would solve this problem. Maybe even change the sorting categories to a Line 1, Line 2, Line 3 type of deal. Or, Above Bars, Below Bars, Below First Layer.

  I myself LOVE the durability check, but have it checked off because it forces the RBS window into being to big to fit my UI Viewport. I'd love to be able to place it with the lower most buffs.

  me personally i would have all the buffs i would check for myself in 1 little section, then all the other buffs under it, so i could scan over my own buffs. then if need be check to see if any other buffs are needed for the rest of the raid..

  its like a prologue to the modes idea for me if this addition happens.

  It would just be useful to group them differently in some cases. I'd like to group things like the food, flasks, weapon buffs together seperately from the 'major' buffs and the class specific ones like Inner Fire, Hunter aspect, etc. Or perhaps put the buffs of specific classes together - i.e. all the mage buffs together, all the priest buffs, all the paladin buffs, etc. Largely it'd just be nice to make it look exactly how I want it, rather than relying on the inbuilt layout.

  yeah, how would you want them re-ordered? Depending on the raid, the buffs available are very different. Wouldnt it be better, and easier, to sort the buttons according to some method? Like, by Dps buffs, or priest buffs, or buffs I have?

  It would be nice to be able to drag the buttons around to postion them in any order. Of course its not essential... but it would be nice.

  Those people who want the buttons to be arrangeable please explain in what way and give as many details as possible.
