203 - /rw no longer works in parties, or when you are assist in raid

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be party leader.
2. Have feast and soulwell and bot announces turned on.
3. Watch the spam in your chat frame regarding "You are not in a raid."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Its expected to do a /rw, but you can't do that in a party anymore, and it is not working for assistants in a raid.  No clue if this is just a bug on Blizz's end or a permanent change, but I tried on several different toons with and without other addons, it is consistently not working for the /rw announce.

What version of the product are you using?
v3.244

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No error.

The patch fixed /rw for assistants. But when in party one can still not /rw. So I will make it report to /p.

Yeah I had read somewhere (I'll try to find the link) that they are fixing it for 3.2.2. Some author on here said it so it must be true right? ;)

On my server, we still have issues with /rw for assistants, but its isolated. There's a thread on the official forums about /rw in parties, but as of a week ago there are no blue posts addressing it. For the party stuff, is there a way you can add an option to announce to party, with the default being off so as to avoid spam? Or some way you can add in a check that if you have 5 or less members in your party it announces to party, and if you have 5 or more, it announces to raid warning?

Waiting for 3.2.2 to see what changes if anything.

"/rw test" in a party even as a leader does not work.

The question is... is it a bug or intentional? Will Blizz fix it?

But /rw in raids as an assistant definitely works fine.

I guess I will have to work around party stuff for now.

Hmmmmmm....didn't work for me tonight either. I'll have to test it without addons and see. RBS won't announce for me if I'm assist, tested it tonight.

Is the party /rw still not working for you as well?

I can type "/rw test" as an assistant. Works fine. Tested it this evening. Also worked all week as our loot master uses raid warning and he is only an assistant.

There is a thread on the WoW Bug reports forum, but no answer to whether this is intentional or a bug. I have posted on said thread asking for either confirmation that it is unintentional or a reason why they removed it.

In addition, /rw no longer works when you are assist in raid, which I added to my title but not to the ticket itself. I tried this with a PuG raid with the new LFR system, and with a guild only raid, and only the raid leader has the ability to announce in /rw.
