196 - engClass is nil

Getting errors at line 147 in Calculate.lua because record.engClass is nil. Looks like it only happens when the raid data hasn't finished initializing (i.e. shortly after joining a raid). I suggest changing 145 to read:

    if not record or not record.engClass then return end

    There is no Calculate.lua in RBS. Are you sure you're not confusing with another addon?
