15 - Regeant Checking.

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

As I posted on Curse, RBS should check to see if you have the regeant to cast the party buff when needed, otherwise RBS loses all buffing functionality. If no regeants, then it auto casts the single buff per person.

Please provide any additional information below.

Also, it would be nice if you could either personally configure at how many people it will start doing the party buff, or add another button click to manually always do the Single Target Buff. (I personally will single target buff when its 10 people or less. Don't know why I do, but I do.)
