113 - Show in Party/Raid works odd if you create the raid

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Toggle OFF "Show in Party" option
2. Toggle ON "Show in Raid" option
3. Create a party
4. Convert to raid

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
RBS doesn't show up when you convert to a raid.  Quickly looking at the code it looks like the checks realize it was in a party before converting to a raid and therefore doesn't do anything.  I am always the one creating the Raid so first create the party and convert to a raid, the way checks are coded up I think it will only work if you are invited to a raid.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest alpha from wowace.
