35 - make default profile....default

right now raidchecklist's profile starts as "charname - server" and if you want it the same on every toon, you need to load up default on each character. most addons just start out with "default" making it much faster when starting a new UI layout from scratch

    Okay, this should be resolved in 4.1.1beta1. The weekly maintenance got to me before I could test it, hence I'm only releasing this fix as a beta release.

    Hmm, that's interesting. I'll see if I can change that - it certainly would be better to have the "default" profile being, well, the default!
