14 - ghost frames not disappearing.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install raidcooldowns (and maybe proculas)
2. get into combat
3.

What is the expected output?
timer bars disappear once they reach 0.

What do you see instead?
Several ghost timers are left on the screen.

What version of the product are you using?
3.2.0.1-beta

This maybe an error in the lib bars implementation.
