Quest Watch Config

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

Description

This addon creates a new, movable, fully customizable quest watch frame. The watch frame is the collection of objectives on the side of your screen.

You can currently customize the following:

Frame border (texture, size)
Frame background (texture or color, size, tiling, alpha, insets)
Fonts (titles, objectives, sizes, colors, justification, highlights, insets)
Mouse clicks
- Open world map to objectives
- Open quest log/achievements
- Create quest/achievement link
- Stop tracking quest/achievement
Style of objectives
- Numbers first (default, same as watch frame)
- Numbers last (how they appear in the quest log)
Color title or objectives by quest difficulty

In addition, players can create custom notes that appear in the new watch frame.

Slash commands

/qwc hide: Hides the new watch frame (will not update while hidden)
/qwc show: Shows the new watch frame
/qwc config: Opens the configuration options
/qwc lock: Locks or unlocks the new watch frame
/qwc note: Opens the note dialog box, which allows the player to create a note at the top of the new watch frame
/qwc note clear: Removes the note from the new watch frame
/qwc note "TITLE" "DESC": Creates a note with the given title and description, without using the dialog box. Replace TITLE and DESC with the desired title and description of the note you wish to create.

Getting this error each time I log on. The addon moves to the left center top of the screen and the original blizzard quest tracker is in it's normal place. When I use the copy profile from it fixes, but kinda sucks if your hopping characters or if you have to /reload ui for some reason.

I love this addon - it's so neat and simple, and it lists the objective over multiple lines so I can make the quest box thinner while not sacrificing font size! One thing, though: could you put in an option to adjust the line spacing between quests? It sacrifices screen estate, but I'd like to put in a bit of blank space between one quest and another for added legibility.

Same request here, I would love to have sentence spacing. Any chance of this happening?

like this one a lot but i seem to have lost the quest sorting functionality with the default objectives tracker frame... is there a way to do that which i might be missing?

This addon is good except that it is not tracking scenerio objective. Can that be added in?

Great addon. It has everything I was looking for except one small feature; fontflags (i.e. Outline, Monochrome, etc). Is there any chance of getting this feature added? Thank you for the great addon!

Is there any way to vertically justify the list? I can move the quest tracker window to the bottom-right corner of my screen where I prefer it, and I can right justify the titles/objectives (awesome), but it always wants to grow down from the top of the window (boo) rather than being anchored to the bottom (yay). Hopefully I'm not just being a ditz and missing the obvious...

great work, absolutely love this addon. The only bug I've encountered [one which should be easily fixed, but i couldn't figure it out] is that the button to change the color of solid backgrounds is stuck on white, no color popup picker comes up when clicked. I will continue to use this addon in a color that does not match my theme but I hope you rectify this soon. Thank you

Thanks for the feedback! I have added the option to change background color when you select either Solid or Blizzard ChatFrame Background. The option should be located to the right of the border drop down menu. If you want to put in the color manually, you can use this command:
/qwc bgColor r g b a
