  Hi,

  ok I've analysed the Item as the Fishing-Quest was Daylie.

  I think there is no bug. I had used only "Usable Items" with QIB. As I unchecked this, the Item appears in the Item-Bar. My failure was that this fish isn't usable, its only an Item that must be opend.

  So you can stop fishing now^^

  First, sorry for the late reply.

  I've tried with the German client and it seems to work fine with other items. I haven't been able to the with the Bloated Slippery Eel as I have not fisher with that level :-S. But the item seems to be a standard quest item so it "should work"™. Well now I may have a reason to start fishing ;-)

  No, this for example http://www.wowhead.com/item=45328 . Some ohters also, but I don't know wich, at this moment.

  I use the German Client Version.

  Items that starts quests should work now. At least it works with item http://www.wowhead.com/item=31707 for me.

  What fishing quest item? http://www.wowhead.com/item=34867 ?

  Also what client language do you have?
