Quest Item

2 - Add rows to quest item bar

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

When quest item bar meet certain number of items, it is possible to create second row?
like have 2 (bars) x 6 item, rather then 1 (bar) x12 items?

Please provide any additional information below.
