46 - Druid Eclipse not showing type and count down

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cast wrath until proc
2. no timer comes up identifying the type of proc (lunar/starfire or solar/wrath)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should see a countdown timer identifying the type of proc

What version of the product are you using?
current - r23 release

Do you have an error log of what happened?
nope
