33 - Spellqueue

Spells cast within the last 200-300ms of the previous Spell get queued.

I would really like Quartz to add those 200-300ms to my red latency bar.

    I wanted to delete this Ticket and make a new one since I edited it like 6 times... didn't work... :-(
