30 - Loss of GCD spark with various DK abilities.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ensure both Blood Runes are available, and no Death Runes are present
2. Cast Heart Strike, and then Heart Strike again before the first Blood Rune is available again.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output: each Heart Strike triggers the GCD spark
Actual output: Only the first Heart Strike triggers the spark.
What version of the product are you using?
r21 beta
Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors were found.

dragod Sun, 04 Oct 2009 06:14:35When runes are not available, GetSpellCooldown() will return 10 for the duration, instead of the GCD, thus the bar is not shown.
