21 - Spell cooldowns.
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel? Provide the ability to track spell cooldowns as bars. The anchor should be able able to be "shared" with the debuff timer to allow integration into a single area if desired. Provide an option to hide the cooldown bars when no target is selected.
