15 - Show damage ticks when channeling spells

Hi,

I've written a patch to show damage ticks when channeling spells, this is *really* useful for locks and I expect mages who often need to know when the damage ticks are so that they know when to break channeling.

I'll attach the files. Could you consider it for merging into the main package?

Cheers,
Gaff

I, too, would be very, very happy if the bars would show damage tics.

While I haven't looked at this patch specifically, some kind of update to show ticks for channeled spells would be really nice.

I tried this last night, working well on Drain Soul. I didn't test to see if dynamic tick position correction due to pushback is working, as I had no AoE or other damage to contend with.

edit: I got a report from someone at EJ that your modification does not account for pushback from damage. Any chance you could use the code from ForteExorcist to implement this in Quartz?
