1 - countdown timer: invalid time displayed, never fires
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using 24-hour clock (may not be a requirement to reproduce)
2. set countdown timer to any time which will wrap to the next day

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
At say, 18:00, set a 20-hour countdown. The time displayed to fire the timer is 38:00, and the timer will never fire (or at least it won't fire after 20 hours, as expected).
