The long-no-update version is usable in WLK. But when players are alive immediately, for instance, releasing soul in NAXX will make one be alive in graveyard, there is no event trigger. The players remains zero-hp (actually their HP is full) for a long time.

This patch fixes the bug, not offcially though :)

LibQuickHealth-2.0: Make it easier for addon authors to add the library as an optional dependency.
- Added another event UnitHealthUpdated(unitID, health, healthMax) which fires for unitIDs instead of GUIDs.
- Small API change: It's LQH.UnitHealth(unitID) now instead of LQH:UnitHealth(unitID). Added LQH:GetHealth(unitID).
- HealthUpdated now fires only if the health changes instead of every time UNIT_HEALTH fires.
- More documentation and code examples.
