97 - empowered imp still not working -> possible reason

additional info/possible reason:
Unlike other Auras, this aura (http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=47283) is cast by the warlocks pet.
in combat log its shown as
[Petsnamel] [Empowered Imp] applied [You].
in opposite to Trinket procs like abyssal rune
[Your] [Elusive Power] applied [You].
maybe thats the reason why its not tracked even though the aura id is correct.
