108 - Add set bonus procs
What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Having the set bonus procs included in proculas would be useful, as these procs have a big impact on gameplay. I'm mainly concerned about T8 and T9 procs, but those of previous sets may be of interest to others.
Let me know if you need more info, like gear sets, proc names, etc. and I will try to find it.
