What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set the cooldown bar texture to something other than the default Blizzard one (I use Smooth)
2. Log out
3. Log back in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Bars change texture fine when first set, but when I log back in they revert to the default Blizzard texture. The setting in the preference pane still shows my setting but it isn't being used. Changing it to a different texture then back again will show the correct texture but only for the duration of that session. After the next relog it will be back to default Blizzard texture.
