80 - alpha blending for arrows buttons

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Please provide any additional information below.

about scrolling arrows... is it possible to make them alpha blending (i mean partly transparent)? as far as i remember, it was implemented in previous prat.
it will be VERY useful if these arrows have "inside chat window" option. atm they just cover chat text.
