644 - Channel Sticky does not work (5.1 issue)

1. Having the channel sticky module enabled
2. Logging in

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After the error, channel sticky does not work.

What version of the product are you using?

*IMPORTANT* -> Can you reproduce the problem when ONLY Prat is running?

Do you play on US or EU. What language do you use?

Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Possible update:

    Here's the most recent alpha change from DBM

    "Omega via svn r8178: based on diffs, BATTLEGROUND chat type is just gone. so change all references to the replacement 5.1 has which is INSTANCE_CHAT"
