57 - no lvl @ max

what I'm missing is an option to dissable the level of a char if he is 70 or rather sth like "only show lvl if the player is not at maximum." And 2nd the color of the chat doesn't save,where do I have to set them ? in the prat-settings or in the chat-settings of blizz ?
