Prat 3.0

528 - Editbox "Attach to..." doesn't work for Real ID Whispers

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Change EditBox settings so Attach to... is set to "Top"
2.  Get a Real ID Whisper from someone in a dedicated chat tab for them
3.  Begin typing
4. You will see the Editbox is on the bottom instead of the Top where its supposed to be.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Exepect to see the Editbox on the top just like all the other tabs.  Instead its on the bottom.

What version of the product are you using?
Latest.

*IMPORTANT* -> Can you reproduce the problem when ONLY Prat is running?
Yes

Do you play on US or EU. What language do you use?
enUS

Do you have an error log of what happened?
No errors show up.

Please provide any additional information below.
Under Interface > Social make sure that "New Real ID Conversations" and "New Real ID Whispers" is set to "New Tab" so that when a Real ID friend whispers you, it opens a new chat tab.  It is only with these new chat tabs that Prats EditBox does not appear on the top even though you have it set to.
