242 - Edit box position not changable

Description
In the past I was able to set my edit box to the top of the chat window instead of the bottom. This setting seems to have disapeared. I am guessing that this is related to the fact that the edit box can follow a converstation to other windows now but am not sure.

The background will show over top of the text, but if you turn the background off it will be easily visible. What I have done currently is attached the ChatFrame1EditBox to a KGPanel that mimics the original background and border of the EditBox until I or the author can figure out why its doing this.
