231 - Filters for PopupMessage Module
The PopupMessage Modul is cool but it would be even better if you could add some filters, that it doesn't shop up when you're rolling on an item for example. All kinds of system-messages which aren't from players.

Nihlo Jun 14, 2010 at 18:18 UTC - 0 likesyes that works, but I've to create another chatframe and move all default channels to that. Well never mind, thanks. Hmm...maybe if I give the general-tab an other name^^

Nihlo May 28, 2010 at 12:28 UTC - 0 likesI don't want to filter the chat in general, just some conditions when the popup from the PopupMessage-Modul comes up.
For example: You set your Charname as a Keyword for a Popup. Now everytime a player mentiones your name in the chat the popup comes up. That's fine.
BUT: The popup also comes up from systemic-messages in the Chat. Things like: "Sylvanaar rolls on [great epic]."
and so on.
The function "only messages from players causes popups" would be great.
