196 - Prat tab fading
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loggin into game
2. occassionally all by itself

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the chat tabs to remain faded out until i hover over them or the chat box (like is the case without any chat addon), what happens occasionally is that the chat tabs will popup and not fade back out until i mouseover the chat tabs or chat box.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
There is no error that is kicked out.
