153 - AFK and DND spam

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
I'd like an option to only see "Player is AFK" or "Player does not wish to be disturbed." only once per conversation.  I am often talking to raid members who are DND and the constant "Player does not want to be disturbed" in my chat frame is frustrating. I am currently using Don't Bug Me for this, but I dislike having more than one more for something that Prat can do.  Thanks!
