141 - Create a command to help capture debug information for problem reports
Make it easier to file bug reports by making a command to capture debug information.
One idea would be to enable a diagnostic mode, and keep the chat tables for each of the past N lines. Then add a right click command "Prat debug info" which would open the copychat box and fill it with the info needed to report an issue
