111 - Outline Setting doesn't hold.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Font and Select Outline from the dropbox.
2. Either Reload UI or sometimes just wait and the setting will revert at random to no outline before my very eyes.
3. Check the settings pane- Outline is still selected, but it's not showing in the chatbox.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect it to hold the Outline I set, it doesn't. And as of yet I can identify no trigger which causes it to "lose" that setting.

What version of the product are you using?
3.1.0b1 (249)

*IMPORTANT* -> Can you reproduce the problem when ONLY Prat is running?
I could, but it would take a considerable amount of time. I run with close to 200 entries checked in the addon control panel window at the character screen, and a fairly complicated setup for each of my ten characters. Additionally, since I test new addons all the time not all of those entries are enabled. In order for me to disable everything save for Prat I would have to take an extensive accounting of what's enabled, what isn't, and for whom so that I can restore those settings afterward.

You can see why I might be unwilling to try this unless it's absolutely necessary.

US, English

Do you have an error log of what happened?
The incident does not appear to have an error associated with it. It simply happens.

I experienced the exact same issue yesterday: the chat font would randomly be outlined even though Prat's option was set to None. Changing it to something else and then back to None or toggling Monochrome twice would fix it.

Turns out it was another addon (tekticles) that was causing this behavior. Since I've now configured Prat to include the font I want, I've solved the problem by getting rid of tekticles.

BTW you can create a level 1 on another realm an test Prat enabled by iteself

Same issue as described, it just simply "happens."

Tried disabling everything except the necessities for raiding such as DBM/Omen/Pitbull/Quartz/Bartender ~~and I highly doubt any of those are causing it! Even if they are... its unacceptable because those are needed >.>~~

I keep my font settings and outline settings.

If you change addons alot, why not use an addon manager? Like ACP?
