Postman is an addon which allows you to track mail delivery, keep a dropdown list of frequently mailed characters and more. The addon has been abandoned by the original author, and I was able to pick it up and get it working with Wrath as well as 3.0.8. This project should be considered inactive, however I will keep it working until I get it's successor, MailboxPlus, released.
Note from Speeddy: To those of you that appreciate my work, I must apologize. I know I have helped in many ways to make things easier, and bring back some addons that people adored.
Some recent events have caused me to reevaluate my priorities in life. I've spent the better part of the last 3 years working on characters on this game, and a good deal of that time was also invested in working on addons and other things on the computer. If you have seen the movie "Click" with Adam Sandler, you know what I'm thinking. If you haven't seen it, you should. It explains why I'm saying what I'm about to say. I have a 3 year old son and a 5 month old daughter that need me. Without any more to say, I am officially retiring from addon development.
That doesn't mean I won't still write addons, I'm just not going to be a full time author anymore. Addons will still be kept up to date, but it is going to be a LOT longer than originally anticipated before MailboxPlus is released.
I may still contribute here and there, but the majority of my time is going to be spent on trying to give my kids the attention they deserve.

Speeddymon Tue, 15 Sep 2009 01:16:55This error appears to be due to a missing library. Open up C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\Postman\Libs and check if there is a LibAbacus-3.0 folder. If not, re-download the addon from curse directly, instead of any updater or any other site. Also make sure to completely remove the currently installed addon.

mamaof3girls Mon, 14 Sep 2009 18:23:08I am getting a error. This is what happens when I log in to certain toons and sometimes all toons.
Interface\AddOns\Postman\Postman.lua 16: Cannot find a library instance of "LibAbacus-3.0".
I don't have Swatter or any debugging addons. So that is all that shows. I see somebody else has posted something about this error too. Any idea how to fix it?

Ravenslair38 Sat, 15 Aug 2009 23:08:57As one of the long time users of your addons i would like to be the first to Applaud your descision to spend RL with those growing minds if it takes a lot longer for updates then fine and if you decide to chuck it all for those 2 lil ones then good for you. A Responsible Parent is more important than some electronic medium. Kudos to you !!!!
