PitBull4_VenganceText

Adds current and max vengance values to PitBull4 LuaTexts.

Usage:
local currentVengance = Vengance(unit)
local maxVengance = VenganceMax(unit)
local p = currentVengance / maxVengance * 100
return "%d - %.1f%%", currentVengance, p

result: 700 - 10.1%
