Shefki:
    - Should have been RAID_WARNING when just in a party (not that this would
    probably ever happen but whatever).
    - Handle nils when sorting to prevent errors when joining a raid.
    - Remove the index based sorts, the raid indexes are different in
    everyones view (e.g. the player is always the highest index in a raid).
    So it'd never work to sort that way.
    - Oops left the default for 25 set to all the assignments which makes no
    sense.
    - Fix some strings to be more consistent with PitBull4.
    - Initial commit.
