14 - Make :GetFont() available to custom_frame modules.

What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

custom_frame modules should have a way to get access to :GetFont() that custom_text modules get.
Either allow setting non-authoritive inheritances and allow a module to inherit methods from more than one type, or do it some other more static way.

Need something like this for Aura module as well.
