1056 - Pitbull4_HideBlizzard has been blocked from an action...

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Zone anywhere. Through a mage portal, portals in the capital cities, scenarios, etc.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Nothing should appear. The message that HideBlizzard has been blocked from an action only available to the Blizzard UI message will appear.

What version of the product are you using?

beta48-1-g594a6b5

Do you have an error log of what happened?

No
