1020 - Faders: Logical visibility issue

Faders setup for "normal" frame:
Min-Max: 30/100%
In combat: 100%
Hurt 100%
Target Selected:75%
Target Out of range: 30%
Out of combat: 60%

ISSUE:
-If party frame uses above settings and player included in party frame: player is on 30% opacity (worng because it should be "in range", wich is 60%")
-target/target's target/focus/pet frame uses above settings: Always on 30% opacity, and its wrong!
-target/focus is player: should be on 75% opacity (in range) (wrong, it is 30% opacity)
-party frames: always on 30% opacity, unless you target someone or in combat AND targetting someone.

The logic of the out of range setting isn't working properly! In range and out of combat should be 60%, if I select the same target should be 75%, but it usualy on 30% opacity even if its in range!
Please fix!
