People having problems with LibRock errors this is a library conflict with other LibRock addons having an old version of LibRock. In the meantime you can install a copy of LibRock manually from: http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/librock-1-0.aspx

Which should force things to work.

This is very likely the problem if you have one of the following addons (though this isn't an exhaustive list): Cowtip Parrot Chinchilla

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hey there! Since my curse client updated my Pitbull, no matter what pitbull version I install (I even deleted pitbull and reinstalled, as was suggested in the forums) I get lua errors and I don't have any unit frames. If I open the Menu, all Units are missin.

I did also rename my WTF folder to see if that would solve the problem, same thing though.

I have a annoying problem with either Pitbull. It seems that there is going something wrong with the interaction between Pitbull and Cowtip (this I concluded at least from the error message that I got). All my frames tend to bug sometimes, like not showing all the raid frames, or vague constant bars above and behind the unit frames. The bars come from the highlights section, thats what I presume at least since the highlights module it self makes the bugs more common. Below you will find an error message that I get on a regular bases with it, I do not know if this is actual the real error for the bug, but it should give some insight in where the problem might arise from.

    • PS; I updated all the library's for both Pitbull and Cowtip without noticing any change (dont know if this helps in anway :))

WTF is going on with Pitbull? Its not showing text health, like...at all. Something between libparser-4.0, libdogtag-unit3.0, and Pitbull is just not meshing well at all.

The promise of bugfree releases to curse.com is doing so well already. Merge FTW.

This update was not kind to me at all. like other commenters I have lost my frames all together. I can not access the menu via /pit or /rock.

Not sure what is going on.

Well this version definitely doesn't like EnchantrixBarker, framerates were better but there was a freeze in the screen every 3 seconds. When I turned PitBull off there was no frame freezing. Should I have deleted previous versions prior to downloading this one, possible conflicts?

  • Avatar of bronxmp bronxmp Sat, 11 Oct 2008 08:02:36

The lastest version is not acting right with my other addons. When I use PitBull my framerate (FPS) goes from 45 to 1, yes I said 1 FPS. I am trying to compare my FPS between using PitBull with other addons, one at a time. If I find a true conflict in addons I'll post it here.

Yeah, r1744 appears to be busted or interacting badly with something else. I can click where the frames should be and I get a translucent yellow bar that fades at the right and left. I can click on it and do normal unitframes stuff but just have a bar there.
