I need to learn how to get exactly 42x42 pixels out of a 64x64 file, or whatever. It must be exact. I'm thinking coords from 0/63 through 63/63 might do it, (I was wrong) but I need to run tests.

A 64px image has a 65-point coordinate system, from 0/64 through 64/64. The regions pixel-perfect, and display pixel-perfect if sized and scaled correctly.
