Order of Battle is a raid assignments planner mostly targeted for boss encounters but possibly useful in other contexts as well. You create assignment templates and then drag and drop people on them to assign specific jobs for everyone. Finally you can send the assignments to raid chat or some other channel.
See How to use for information about how to use the addon.

olog Thu, 27 Aug 2009 20:57:45I'm unable to reproduce the error with dragging. Could you enable lua errors in the interface options/help menu and PM me any error messages you might get. Or anyone else for that matter who has the same problem.

olog Tue, 18 Aug 2009 19:29:27Should be now usable in a party as well. Though I imagine this be much more useful in raids when it's hard to keep track of who's doing what. But great if you find it useful in 5-man groups as well.

bossmansmith Tue, 18 Aug 2009 15:48:55is there any chance that this can be used during party grouping as well as raid grouping.
my guide runs alot of party and using this to assign which pally is on what buff, etc even in a party would be helpful
